Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules for using the ThreatSpot AI Services. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Security & Scanning

  • Only scan domains, IPs, or applications that you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
  • Use is subject to CFAA‑safe, non‑invasive scanning only.
  • Unauthorized scanning of third‑party networks is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or gain unauthorized access using our platform.
  • Sending spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Overloading or disrupting our infrastructure or any third party system.
  • Using the Services to violate any law or regulation.

4. Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Services to detect abuse, may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
