ThreatSpot AI, LLC ("ThreatSpot AI", "we", "us") provides web-based security scanning and grading services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
ThreatSpot AI is not a penetration testing service. Our scans are non‑invasive and focus on public configuration only. You agree to scan only domains and IPs that you own or are explicitly authorized to test and to comply with the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws. Unauthorized scanning of third‑party networks is prohibited.
We use automated checks and public data to generate grades and findings. Grades are estimates and do not guarantee future security. We may change or discontinue features over time.
Paid plans are billed as described in your order or on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for taxes and any third‑party fees.
You must not misuse the Services. For example, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or use the Services for unlawful activity. Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail.
We retain all rights in the Services. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your own internal purposes during your subscription. You retain rights in your own content and domains.
Our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum describe how we handle personal data.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$100 IF YOU USE A FREE PLAN, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Either party may terminate as allowed by your plan or order. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk to others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or in‑app messages. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
